急性大動脈解離

・初診から診断へ：患者背景，臨床症状，身体所見から急性大動脈解離を疑い，心エコー，CT検査にて診断を確定する．
・診断から治療方針決定へ：Stanford A型，臓器虚血や切迫破裂を来しているStanford B型は緊急手術が必要であり，迅速に外科チームにコンサルトをする．
・初期治療：血圧100〜120mmHg・心拍数60回/分を目標とした循環管理と鎮痛，安静の初期治療を開始し，低血圧・ショック症例では緊急手術を急ぐ．
