急性肺血栓塞栓症

Point
・肺血栓塞栓症の初期治療方針は早期の予後リスクに基づいて決定する．
・ショック患者は高リスクと認識して，血栓溶解療法を行う．
・血行動態が安定した非高リスク例には，抗凝固療法を行う．
