急性心筋炎

Point
・急性心筋炎の組織型にはリンパ球性，巨細胞性，好酸球性，肉芽腫性がある．
・心筋生検の感度は低いが，免疫抑制療法の適応になる巨細胞性や好酸球性心筋炎を鑑別するのに役立つ．
・劇症型心筋炎では機械的循環補助装置が有効な可能性があるが，急性期死亡率，長期予後ともまだ悪く，心臓移植を前提として心室補助装置の適応になることがある．
