・高血圧緊急症について，日本高血圧学会高血圧治療ガイドライン2014に沿って解説する．
・高血圧緊急症が疑われたら，迅速な診察と検査を行う必要がある．
・降圧の目的・目標は病態別に違うので，病態に応じた適切な治療を行う必要がある．
