Point
・臨床試験はその目的によって登録される患者は現実の診療で遭遇する患者と異なる場合があるため研究結果を適用することが難しい場合がある．
・臨床試験は必ずしも診療上の疑問を解決するために実施されているとは言えず，そのような試験結果を診療に応用することは難しい場合がある．
・エンドポイントが試験そのものを成立させることに重点を置いて設定されているような研究は結果の解釈が困難な場合が多い．
