Point
・本邦においては安定狭心症に対する治療としてPCIが重視され，至適薬物療法は軽視されている．
・そのため安定狭心症に対するPCIは過剰施行される傾向にあり，その理由として解剖学的評価の重視，機能的虚血評価の軽視がある．
・安定狭心症に対するPCIの質の改善を目指し，学会が中心となり標準化PCIプロジェクトが始動している．
