・本邦ではオフポンプ冠動脈バイパス術（OPCAB）の急性期成績は世界的に見ても良好である．
・本邦のOPCABは急性期においてはオンポンプ冠動脈バイパス術（ONCAB）に比し良好な成績が示唆されている．
・本邦においてもOPCABの遠隔期成績が待たれている．
