Point
・リアルワールドデータ（RWD）は現実診療の実態把握のため，RCTは因果関係の証明のために存在し，双方が相補的な関係にあってこそより良い医療を実現できる．
・海外は充実したレジストリが数多く存在し，またIT技術を駆使してその活用についても先進的な取り組みがなされている．
・日本は世界的にみて後塵を拝する状況にはあるが，海外の事例から学び，現代的な課題を克服したデータベース構築と活用を実現させうる立場にある．
