Point
・AF患者のRWDは，big data型のデータベースと，レジストリ型のデータベースの2種類に大別される．
・AF患者の背景は多様性に富んでおり，コホートによってかなり異なる．
・RWDを臨床現場に活用する際にはそれぞれのコホートの特徴を知ったうえで，適応することが望ましい．
