Point
・心臓リハビリテーション/運動療法は,冠動脈疾患や心不全患者の運動耐容能・QOL・長期予後を改善させるとのエビデンスが確立されている.
・収縮が保たれた心不全(HFpEF)および肺高血圧症患者では,運動耐容能とQOLを改善させる.
・冠動脈疾患および慢性心不全の治療ガイドラインにおいて強く推奨されている.
