Point
・CPXは客観的に患者の運動耐容能を評価することが可能である.
・術前にCPXを実施することにより,患者の術前リスク評価,治療方針の決定,併存している疾患の同定および術後起こりうる合併症の予測が可能となる.
・術前にリハビリテーションを行うことにより,術後の合併症発生リスクを低減させる.
