Point
・病態や病期，生活環境を考慮し，具体的かつ優先順位を付けた生活習慣改善指導を行う．
・指導の基本は，減塩，体重管理，野菜・果物の摂取量増加，節酒，身体活動量増加である．
・医学的に正しい知識の提供，ストレスマネジメント，健康地域格差，を考慮する．
