 循環器診療における画像検査としては,20世紀末まで,主に血管造影・心臓超音波検査・心臓核医学検査が用いられてきたが,近年のCT・MRIの進化は著しく,CT・MRI・核医学の非侵襲的画像診断法が循環器疾患の診断および治療方針決定に重要な役割を担うようになっている.これらの非侵襲的画像診断法の近年の進歩とそれぞれの位置づけを概説する.
