・PTSMA術前の中隔枝走行の評価に心臓CTが有効である．
・中隔枝評価だけでなく，PTSMAの適応判断の際に重要な左室形態評価やPTSMA後の治療効果判定にも心臓CTが活用できる可能性がある．
