・心臓MRIでは,様々な撮像シークエンスを利用して,形態評価(冠動脈・心室壁厚),心機能解析,血流評価,心筋還流,心筋性状を評価できる.
・心筋症の診断には,cine MRIによる形態評価・心収縮能評価と遅延造影による障害心筋の評価が重要となる.
・本稿では,特に日常臨床で遭遇する肥大型心筋症・拡張型心筋症・不整脈原性右室心筋症・心臓サルコイドーシス・心アミロイドーシスについて,心臓MRI遅延造影と,最近心筋性状の新たな評価方法として注目されているT1 mapping,これらを理解するために必要な病理組織学的所見を示す.
