Point
・重症大動脈弁狭窄症に対する外科的な大動脈弁置換術のリスクが高い症例に対し,TAVIが施行されるようになった.
・CTは,TAVI術前精査において重要な役割を担い,大動脈基部,大動脈弁輪,アクセス経路などに関する有用な情報をもたらす.
・CT画像から,大動脈弁の断面に対して直交する適切な透視角度(perpendicular view)を予測することが可能である.
