Point
・近年，大動脈解離治療ガイドラインは，手術成績向上，ステントグラフト治療導入により大きく改訂された．
・治療ガイドライン変遷に適合した画像診断ストラテジーの再構築が必要である．
・以前よりentry/reentry・ulcer-like projectionの同定が重要となり，心電図同期CTの有用性が高まっている．
