Point
・心筋ストレイン解析により局所心筋壁運動を定量的に評価することができる.
・心臓MRI,CTでも心エコーと同様に心筋ストレイン解析が可能であり,臨床応用が進んでいる.
・近年,3D心筋CTストレイン解析が可能となってきており,従来法より詳細な心機能解析が可能になると期待される.
