Point
・個々のリスクファクターではなく，複数のリスクファクターを組み合わせて冠動脈疾患の発症リスクを包括的に評価する必要がある．
・特定健診などでスクリーニングするのは，冠動脈疾患そのものではなく冠動脈疾患を発症する可能性が高いハイリスク者であり，そのためにも包括的リスク評価が重要である．
