Point
・baPWV,CAVIは動脈硬化の指標として広く用いられ,2018年の血管不全診断指針でPWV,CAVIの基準値が示されている.
・冠動脈疾患患者ではbaPWV,CAVIは高く,またbaPWV,CAVIは冠動脈疾患患者の心血管イベントの予測因子である.
・個人差を考慮し,経時的変化をみることも重要である.
