中性脂肪はどこまで下げる？

Point
・中性脂肪（TG）につき空腹時150mg/dL，非空腹時175mg/dLをカットオフとして高TG血症のスクリーニングを行い，さらにレムナントやsmall dense LDLの増加の有無を把握する．これらの増加がある場合は空腹時TG＜150mg/dLを目標に治療介入する．特に2型糖尿病症例ではより厳格に（例えばTG＜115mg/dL）することが望ましい．
