Point
・肥満，やせは，いずれも冠動脈疾患の発症リスクである．
・食事・運動療法や手術による減量で，冠動脈疾患の発生や予後が改善するというエビデンスは乏しい．
・肥満を是正する薬物療法で冠動脈疾患が減る可能性がある．
