・慢性腎臓病（chronic kidney disease;CKD）に特有の冠動脈疾患リスクとして，CKD-mineral and bone disorder（CKD-MBD）と腎性貧血が挙げられる．
・CKDが進行すると代謝性アシドーシスを来す．代謝性アシドーシスの補正は，腎機能悪化を遅らせる．
・CKDだからという理由で冠動脈造影検査やカテーテル治療をためらうべきではない．
