・冠動脈疾患にはしばしば不整脈が合併する．
・心筋梗塞後の心室性不整脈の管理は，患者の予後を左右する．
・冠動脈疾患合併の心房細動の抗血栓療法はリスク・ベネフィットをよく検討する．
