Case 1
65歳，男性
健診にて心雑音を指摘．自覚症状は認めず．精査目的で経胸壁心エコー図検査を施行．
【計測値】左室拡張末期径：55mm，左室収縮末期径：39mm，駆出率：55.4%，僧帽弁逆流定量（PISA法）；逆流量：64ml，逆流有効弁口面積：0.40cm²
