—臨床編—拡張型心筋症のreversibilityの評価はどのようにされますか？

Point
・拡張型心筋症は遺伝性と後天性の混在した疾患群であるが，画像診断技術の向上により，その病態を把握することが可能となってきている．
・Reverse remodelingを来した患者群は予後良好であり，ICD，CRT（D），MitraClipなどが不必要な可能性もあり，reverse remodelingの予測は臨床的に重要である．
・その逆も真であり，reverse remodelingを来さない患者では，早期の介入を検討する必要がある．
・Reverse remodelingを来す患者群を同定することで，雑多な疾患群である拡張型心筋症においても個別化医療が提供できる可能性がある．
