Point
・心筋梗塞後の左室リモデリングは,梗塞領域の創傷治癒にかかわる早期リモデリングと慢性期の左室機能低下にかかわる後期リモデリングに分けられる.
・早期リモデリングには炎症と組織修復という2相性の反応が必要で,不十分な創傷治癒や過剰な炎症は,後期リモデリングをも増悪させる.
・早期リモデリングに着目した,免疫細胞や心筋代謝に介入する新規治療法の臨床応用が期待される.
