Point
・経カテーテル的大動脈弁植え込み術（transcatheter aortic valve implantation;TAVI）は本邦にて保険償還後5年以上経過し爆発的に症例が増え，成熟期を迎えている．
・開胸低リスク患者での開胸手術とTAVIのランダム化試験ではTAVI優位なエビデンスが得られた．
・耐久性の向上が課題であり，術後の血行動態を考慮したTAVIが求められている．
