Point
・たこつぼ症候群は前壁急性心筋梗塞類似の症状・検査所見・予後を示す女性に多い疾患である．
・明確な原因は不明だが，交感神経刺激が病態の中心と推測されている．
・急性期は合併する心不全や血行動態の管理，慢性期は心機能の回復の確認と再発予防が重要である．
