Point
・劇症型心筋炎の予後を予測する標準的な方法は定かでない．
・予後改善のために適切なタイミングで適切な補助循環を用いることが重要である．
・急性期を乗り越えて心機能が改善した症例が慢性化する頻度は高くない．
