—基礎編—肺高血圧症の病態に応じた薬剤の使い分けはありますか？

・肺高血圧症のBMPR2（bone morphogenetic protein receptor type Ⅱ）遺伝子異常が肺高血圧症の発症に関与していることが報告され，BMPR2シグナルが血管恒常性の維持に重要な役割を担っていることがわかり，そこに介入する様々なアプローチが検討されてきた．
・近年，世界レベルの大規模コホートゲノム研究により，新たな遺伝子異常が報告されている．これらの情報を基に病態進展のメカニズムが詳細に解明され，標的となりうる新規の病原性経路の同定とそれをターゲットとした治療戦略へのさらなる発展に繋がることが期待される．
