Point
・多くの循環器疾患では自律神経機能の異常が指摘され，主には交感神経活動上昇と副交感神経活動低下に分けられる．
・自律神経異常は，それ自体が血行動態に不利益をもたらすだけでなく，長期的に続くことによって臓器障害をもたらす．
・近年，自律神経異常を電気的に是正することによって循環器疾患を治療する新しいコンセプトをもったデバイスが開発されている．
