・腸内細菌由来のLPSが，心不全において炎症起点となっている．
・腸内細菌の機能差は，宿主のカヘキシや心筋代謝異常につながっている可能性がある．
・腸上皮細胞鉱質コルチコイド受容体を介したNa吸収は，体液恒常性維持に重要な役割を果たしている．
