Point
・ショック患者におけるエコーの目的は，ショックの原因を認識して早期介入につなげることである．
・ショック時のエコープロトコールとしてRUSHの外的妥当性が検証されているが，RUSHプロトコールを用いる時のpitfallを理解しておく必要がある．
・IVC径でvolume statusはわからない，ERでもICUでも治療のゴールにしてはならない．
