僧帽弁狭窄症（MS）

Point
・僧帽弁狭窄は，左房から左室への流入障害によって左房圧，肺静脈圧，そして肺動脈の圧が上昇し，心房細動や肺高血圧，そして心不全に至るなど，多彩な臨床像を呈する病態である．
・弁口面積を用いて重症度を評価するが，僧帽弁狭窄の成因によって不正確となる場合や血行動態に左右される算出方法があるため，症例に応じて慎重に評価することが求められる．
・侵襲的な治療を選択する際に，僧帽弁狭窄の成因や弁の形態，また症例の背景に応じて総合的に判断する必要がある．
