Point
・SLEの心病変としては，心膜炎や弁膜疾患に加え，若年であっても冠動脈疾患リスクが高いので注意を要する．
・強皮症の心病変としては，心膜疾患や拡張障害を筆頭とした心筋障害の頻度が高い．
・本邦では，結合組織病に伴う肺動脈性肺高血圧の原因疾患としてMCTD，SLEが強皮症よりも多く，より広い疾患で肺高血圧の可能性を念頭に置く必要がある．
