Point
・心エコーで両心室機能と肺動脈狭窄，逆流の評価を定期的に行う必要がある．
・再手術により予後の改善が期待されるため，タイミングが重要である．
・右室は複雑な形態をしており，エコーでは正確な評価は困難なため，マルチモダリティで評価する必要がある．
