Point
・Fabry病，アミロイドーシス，サルコイドーシスは，心筋障害を引き起こす全身疾患の代表である．
・確立された治療法や新たな治療薬の登場もあり，早期診断と適切な時期での治療開始が病態の進行抑制や多臓器合併症の発症予防，患者の予後改善につながりうる．
