肺高血圧および右心機能評価

Point
・肺高血圧の治療の進歩はめざましく，これまで以上に正確で迅速な肺高血圧の診断が求められている．
・平均肺動脈圧≧20mmHgは肺高血圧の診断において必須の項目である．
・心エコー図を用いて各種の肺動脈圧を推測することができるが，各々に限界がある．
・さらに肺血管抵抗や肺動脈楔入圧も推測することができるが，各々の限界を熟知しておかねばならない．
・右室のサイズや機能評価も心エコー図で可能であるが，限界は多く，使用に際して注意しないといけない．
