Point
・遠隔モニタリングは予後改善効果が示され，主要学会でも心臓植込みデバイスの管理に用いることが推奨されている．
・遠隔モニタリングで得られる様々な情報を活用することで，デバイス管理のみならず不整脈の検出や心不全管理にも有用性が高い．
・医師・臨床工学技士および看護師など，多職種による遠隔モニタリング運用体制を構築し，情報共有と緊密な連携を図ることが望ましい．
