・生体弁は非弁膜症性心房細動．
・リスク評価はCHADS₂スコアを基本とする．
・CHADS₂スコア1点以上はDOACを推奨，ワルファリンを考慮．
・PT-INRは年齢によらず1.6〜2.6を目標とし，できるだけ2に近付ける．
