心房細動アブレーション周術期の抗凝固療法の注意点は？

Point
・心房細動アブレーションは血栓塞栓症・出血ともに高リスクの手技である．
・アブレーション周術期のワルファリンは中断せずに治療域ワルファリン内服継続のままで治療することが推奨されている．
・アブレーション周術期のDOACは内服継続・短期休薬いずれも有効性・安全性は示されている．
