心房細動合併冠動脈疾患患者の抗血栓療法の注意点は？

Point
・心房細動を合併したPCI施行患者およびACS患者に対する急性期の抗血栓療法は，抗凝固薬（ワルファリンよりDOACが優先される）＋P2Y₁₂受容体拮抗薬の2剤併用が基本である．
・心房細動合併冠動脈疾患患者に対する慢性安定期の抗血栓療法は抗凝固薬単剤が推奨される．
