・発症4.5時間以内のアテローム血栓性脳梗塞やラクナ梗塞に対するt-PA静注療法は適応があれば原則施行する．
・アテローム血栓性脳梗塞やラクナ梗塞の治療は抗血小板療法が主体であるが，発症機序を考慮し，進行や再発が生じることを常に念頭に置き，治療に工夫を加える．
・抗血小板薬の2剤併用療法の有効性，安全性を示す大規模臨床試験が次々と発表されている．
・発症4.5時間以内のアテローム血栓性脳梗塞やラクナ梗塞に対するt-PA静注療法は適応があれば原則施行する．
・アテローム血栓性脳梗塞やラクナ梗塞の治療は抗血小板療法が主体であるが，発症機序を考慮し，進行や再発が生じることを常に念頭に置き，治療に工夫を加える．
・抗血小板薬の2剤併用療法の有効性，安全性を示す大規模臨床試験が次々と発表されている．
