非心臓手術周術期・観血的手技前後の抗血栓薬管理はどうするか？

Point
・抗血栓療法併用下での手術・観血的処置における最大の問題は出血合併症であるが，出血を起こしやすい患者は同時に塞栓症も起こしやすい疾患背景を有している．このため抗血栓療法中の患者における観血的処置・手術周術期の薬剤管理については，出血・塞栓リスクを十分に評価し患者・家族へ薬剤中止・継続で生じうる事象を十分に説明し，患者ごとに対応を行うべきである．
