Point
・抗血栓薬服用者に対する消化器内視鏡ガイドラインが見直され，休薬による血栓症リスクに重きを置き，可能な限り抗血栓薬は継続する傾向にある．
・内視鏡手技危険度・血栓塞栓症の高発症群を参考に，症例に応じて休薬可否を判断する．
