補助循環デバイス中の抗血栓療法はどうするか？

Point
・補助循環施行中は出血リスクと血栓リスクが同時に存在し，そのことを踏まえながら抗血栓療法を行う必要がある．
・抗凝固療法のみでは十分な血栓形成を抑制できない状況もあり，デバイスの選択，運用，管理など様々な面から血栓・出血イベントの予防を検討しなくてはならない．
