透析患者・重症慢性腎臓病患者の抗血栓療法の注意点は？

Point
・透析患者・重度慢性腎臓病患者は出血リスクが高く，抗血栓薬投与に当たっては注意が必要である．
・心房細動を合併した維持透析患者に対する経口抗凝固療法は現時点では原則不要であるが，症例ごとに検討する必要がある．
