Point
・高齢者循環器疾患の診療においては，循環器以外の加齢変化にも配慮が必要である．
・全身の加齢変化としてのフレイルに着目し，介入可能な加齢変化の有無を評価すべきである．
・疾病管理とともにフレイル予防・介入の視点が重要である．
