サルコペニア

・サルコペニアは転倒，骨折，身体機能障害や死亡などに関連する進行性および全身性に生じる骨格筋疾患である．
・循環器疾患，特に心不全はサルコペニアと関連するため，高齢循環器疾患患者ではサルコペニアの同定が必要である．
・サルコペニアの診断には，アジアサルコペニアワーキンググループ（AWGS）の診断アルゴリズムを用いることが推奨されている．
・栄養管理や運動は，サルコペニアの予防や進展抑制における介入として期待されているが，確立には至っていない．
